IF a person is having a problem, Universiti Malaya Specialist Centre psychiatrist Assoc Prof Dr Muhammad Muhsin Ahmad Zahari said it is important to speak to a reliable friend or a counsellor.
“If you encounter a problem you have to address the issue, not by avoiding the problem or by suppressing it or by procrastinating,” he said, adding that the wrong way of coping will delay and make the problem more difficult to tackle.
