Students ace green competition

Dynamic duo: Jo-Anne (left) and Wai Sern who will represent the country at the next round. With them is Schneider Electric vice-president for energy business Dr Riyaz Rashid (centre).

TEAM Prometheus fended off four other teams to win the right to represent Malaysia in the east Asia “Go Green In The City” University Challenge organised by Schneider Electric, a specialist in energy management and automation.

The team’s progress to the regional level will pave the way for them to earn a spot at the international level face-off in Paris, should they triumph at the east Asia level.
