THE shy and quiet demeanour masks their talents, but two teenagers have captured the essence of living in a Malaysian neighbourhood through art.

Foo Shen Yeh, 14, and Kelvin Lee Khai Ming, 15, coincidentally from the same school – SMJK Chung Ling, Kampung Baru in Penang – won the British Council Creative Education Art Competition.
