Research on flood-prone areas

KUANTAN: Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) will conduct a thorough study on the flood prone areas in Kuantan district, its vice chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Daing Nasir Ibrahim said.

Prof Daing said previously the flooded areas in the district were quite mild and limited to low lying areas only.
