KUCHING: The Kuching North City Hall (DBKU) will focus on outreach programmes among youth to tackle social problems such as drug abuse this year.
Mayor Datuk Abang Abdul Wahap Abang Julai said DBKU would work with youth NGOs, higher learning institutions and volunteers to reach out to youngsters in certain critical areas under its jurisdiction.
