A year to forget but all is not lost

From the heart: Malaysians displayed their unity and generosity when they donated boxes upon boxes of items for the flood victims.

AS we step into the new year, I suspect many Malaysians are glad to see the end of 2014 and hoping for a better year ahead.

Looking back, the headlines last year were dominated by bad news. We seemed to go from one disaster to another.
