WITH more than 100,000 people displaced due to the flood situation in several states, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) will set up a counter, starting from today to collect donations for the victims of the floods.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) director-general Datuk Mohd Amin Nordin Abd Aziz said they will collect essential items for the thousands who are in need.
