The four-course set menu, priced at RM175++ per person, features Seared Foie Gras, Porcini Essence with Scallop Dumplings, a choice of Slow Cooked King Fish in Butter Milk, Pan Roasted Venison Loin or Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek for the main, and Royal Chestnut Mille-Feuille for dessert. Broadway Lounge will be hosting a New Year’s Eve countdown party.
