Dwindling passengers: An almost empty Penang Hop-On Hop-Off bus spotted in George Town.
THREE weeks after hordes of passengers queued for free rides on the Penang Hop-On Hop-Off buses to test the new service, it now appears that the buses are nearly empty.
However, this is not exactly the case according to Syarikat Elang Wah Sdn Bhd corporate services chief Ekhwan Abdul Rafid, who said the company managed to achieve its daily target of 300 passengers a day for its Penang service.
