SUCCESSFUL applicants who have received their vouchers and letters for Penang’s Golden Mother Programme can collect the payout from Monday till Dec 26.
State Welfare, Caring Society and Environ-ment Committee chairman Phee Boon Poh said 40,589 applicants were eligible for the annual RM100 payout which is for mothers who are not working.
