The controversial one-way loop (OWL) system around the heart of Petaling Jaya hit the headlines last week with a plea from the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) to give the system a chance.
At the same time, the council called on the public to attend a consultation meeting to help improve the system, which was held last night.
