Rubbish are being piled up by the road site along Jalan Metro Perdana.
Residents and business owners are angry at unscrupulous people who dump rubbish indiscriminately at the back alleys and roadsides of Kepong Entrepreneurs Park in Kepong.
A business owner there, who wanted to be identified only as Law, said the rubbish dump at the back alley of Jalan Metro Perdana Timur 10 started off with a small pile.
