COMPLAINANTS will no longer need to go through the hassle of calling Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd’s (Syabas) hotline, thanks to the launch of its new mobile app.

Called mySYABAS, the mobile app will enable complainants to lodge complaints directly via the app.
