MALACCA: Thousands of Catholics from all over Malaysia and Singapore, including many non-Christians and local tourists, thronged St. Paul’s Hill to commemorate the Feast of St. Francis Xavier.
Traditionally, the Church of St. Francis Xavier organises religious celebrations at a specially erected altar at the rear of the saint’s empty tomb in St. Paul’s Church.
