As Malaysia approaches ‘developed’ status, we should consider the little things

I OFTEN wonder about the criteria for a developed country, or even just a developed capital city.

When I looked up the information, it was very high faluting and would not give the average man on the street much insight, and even less provide us a way of evaluating the criteria.
