DBKL says parking lay-by at KL Sentral no longer suitable because of heavy traffic situation

No-parking zone: White lines were painted on the road last year indicating it is not a valid parking spot.

MOTORCYCLISTS are angry they were issued traffic summonses for parking at the lay-by outside the KL Sentral arrival hall exit, without prior notice.

A complainant, who did not want to be named, said he was slapped with a fine when he parked in the area recently but there were no signage to indicate it was illegal to park there.
