SIBU: University College of Technology Sarawak (UCTS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wuyi University of China for academic collaboration.
UCTS was represented by its its vice-chancellor, Prof Datuk Dr Abdul Hakim Juri, while Wuyi was represented by its director, Chen Song.
