Outsiders urged not to turn low-cost flats in Subang Jaya into a dumping ground

The leach bins contributed by the Subang Jaya Municipal Council to the residents in SS19 low-cost flats.

CLEANLINESS has been a major issue for residents at the SS19 low-cost flats in Subang Jaya since they moved in more than a decade ago.

“The residents here have been putting up with all kinds of rubbish thrown in our compound by outsiders and there is nothing we can do,” said RT SS19/7A chairman Khairul Azuan.
