MORE than 150 dog owners came together and joined their prized pets for a parade at the recent Pets Gathering event at Sungai Kinta Riverfront.
Organised by the Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA), it was held in conjunction with World Animal Day 2014.
