THE Perak government will be overseeing the refurbishment and reconstruction project for all rest houses that are under the management of local councils throughout the state.
Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir said a majority of these rest houses, especially in Teluk Intan and Kuala Kangsar, were found to be old and in poor condition.
