DBKL urged to provide alternative collection spot for rubbish


A continuous problem: It is a daily routine for Alam Flora staff to clear rubbish illegally dumped, despite the signboard, along Jalan Thamby Abdullah in Brickfields.

NOTHING has been done about an illegal rubbish dump that has been operating in Brickfields for the past year.

Vik Sports director Vikneswaran Iswarapatham, whose shop along Jalan Thamby Abdullah is located directly opposite the dumping ground, said he has had to live with the situation for the past year.
