THE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) will clamp vehicles which obstruct traffic or park indiscriminately along the 7km route of Penang Starwalk 2014 on Sunday.
A RM150 charge will be imposed to release the clamp and an additional penalty will be imposed if the vehicle owners do not collect their cars which are towed away on the same day.
