VISITORS to the Korean Air booth at last weekend’s MATTA Fair September 2014 were treated to a traditional Korean delicacy called Bibimbap — a delicacy made of white rice topped with vegetables, chicken and Gochujang (chili pepper paste).
At the event, South Korean chef Cho Chang Hyun demonstrated the unique cooking method while executive Swiss chef Charles Muther explained the origin of Bibimbap and the recipe.
