THE small and quiet town of Lekir near Sitiawan will soon be a hub of activity with the construction of a RM2.3mil commercial development project there.
Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir said the project, to be developed at Batu 11 on a piece of 0.48ha land, would be a nucleus for economic growth in Lekir and its surrounding areas.
