STAKEHOLDERS in Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang, hope that works by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to upgrade and beautify the area will take off soon.

During a recent dialogue with Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Dr J. Loga Bala Mohan, various DBKL department representatives and the stakeholders voiced various concerns on the proposed upgrading works that are scheduled to begin next year.
