People throughout Perak came together to remember the victims of MH17

Sultan Dr Nazrin Shah (fourth from left) and Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir (fifth from left) along with other state officials offering their prayers and observing a one minute of silence after the bodies of Noor Rahimmah Mohd Nor and Chong Yee Pheng arrived at the Sultan Azlan Shah Airport in Ipoh.

PERAKIANS of all walks of life joined the nation in mourning victims of the ill-fated Malaysia Airlines flight MH17.

At SMK Perempuan Methodist, over 1,000 students and teachers observed a minute of silence to remember those who perished.
