PERAK police personnel have been urged to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle to prevent chronic diseases.

Perak police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani said statistics from January 2013 to December 2013 showed that about 340 police personnel in the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) had passed away.
