SIBU: Toastmasters Clubs should be multi-lingual instead of using only one language to reflect the country’s multi-racial society.
Sibu Toastmasters Club president David Ting, speaking at the 24th Installation ceremony of his club, said all of the 12 clubs in the Sibu and Sarikei regions only used one language for communication.
