School to be built this year

THE Government has assured the residents of Serendah, Hulu Selangor, that their new school — SJK (T) Ladang Minyak, Bestari Jaya — will be built this year.

Deputy Education Minister P. Kamalanathan, who is pushing for the work to start as soon as possible, said that once the letter of award was issued to the developer, construction work would kick off within two or three months, provided there were no problems on the ground.
