THE Malaysian Human Rights Commission (Suhakam) will call for a preliminary meeting with the concessionaire of the proposed Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (Kidex).
Its commissioner, James Nayagam, said it would send a letter to Kidex Sdn Bhd by this week.
