THE Penang government will be calling for a Request for Proposal (RFP) in August for companies to bid to be the Project Delivery Partner (PDP) in the state’s Penang Transport Master Plan strategy.
Penang Local Government, Traffic Management and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said the PDP would act as a consultant to the state in the implementation of the master plan.
