Veteran shuttler comes from behind to clinch title

Still going strong: Chang (right) and Kwek in action during a tournament.

PLAYING his favourable 31-point format, regular veteran shuttler Eric Chang Kim Loong was crowned the champion in the 43rd World Morning Cup Badminton Championships 2014 men’s singles 50 to 54-year-old category.

Chang, who was trailing behind his opponent, a former Thomas Cup player, managed a turnaround and was neck-and-neck at the 20-point mark.
