JOHOR BARU: Youths have been reminded to upgrade their skillsets and equip themselves with niche skills required for the oil and gas industry as the sector needs about 50,000 to 70,000 workers in Pengerang.
Johor Human Resources and Unity exco R. Vidyanathan said that there was a lot of demand for specialised skills such as technicians and welders.
