KUCHING: The Sarawak Biodiversity Centre Ordinance is set to be amended to introduce penalties for offences committed by corporate bodies and the imposition of higher penalties for individuals, among others.
A Bill to amend the ordinance will be tabled in the State Legislative Assembly sitting which begins today.
