THE state’s River and Sea Pollution Task Force will finalise its report in early May to outline problems and solutions to be undertaken for three “dead” rivers in Penang.

“The three rivers classified ‘dead’ are said to be unable to maintain any form of living organism including fish and aquatic plants,” said Penang Local Government, Traffic Management and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow.
