NEW guidelines will be implemented to better manage night markets and prevent foreign hawkers from doing business.
Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib said under the new system, all registered hawkers would be issued a serial number by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), which must be displayed at their stalls to prove they are legal.
