Lobsters galore at River Palace throughout the month

KUCHING: Local food connoisseurs can indulge in the new “Oriental Lobster” promotion by Riverside Majestic Hotel here.

Running till the end of this month, it comprises a delectable range of dishes prepared by the culinary team headed by Chef Tan Sia Kui.

Among the offerings Baked Lobster with Curry Powder Sauce or Marmite Sauce, Ma Po-Style Lobster, Steamed Lobster with Golden Garlic and Stir-fried Lobster with Butter and Cheese.

On a sweeter side, guests can savour Stir-fried Lobster with Mixed Fruit Sauce, Lobster Salad with Thai Mayonnaise and Stir-fried Lobster with Sweet Shrimp Sauce.

Priced at RM250 per kg serving, the promotion opens from Monday to Saturday throughout this month from 12pm to 2pm at River Palace Restaurant.
