RESIDENTS of the Azuria Condominium in Tanjung Bungah, Penang, are frustrated with the authorities for failing to resolve problems they have been facing for more than 20 years.

The condominium’s management corporation chairman Albert Teoh said the residents had been trying to get help from the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP), Public Works Department (PWD) and the state Health Department, but to no avail.
