Tanjung Manis MP helps drought-hit villages

SIBU: Residents of three villages in Pulau Bruit, who have been facing acute shortage of treated water, received their supply yesterday courtesy of Tanjung Manis MP Datuk Norah Abdul Rahman.

Masjid Kampung Bruit chairman Mohd Adenan Zulkifli said three local fishing vessels were used to deliver the treated water to the three worst affected villages in the area namely, Kampung Bruit, Tekajong and Penipah.
