Perak state targets 3.5 million visitors from Singapore this year

THE state has plans to attract about 3.5 million tourists from Singapore to visit Perak during the Visit Malaysia Year 2014 campaign.

Perak Tourism Committee chairman Nolee Ashilin Mohd Radzi said on average, there were about 14 million tourists from Singapore visiting Malaysia every year and she hopes to get a quarter of the figure to visit the state.
