PONTIAN: A packet of instant noodle saved the life of Shukor Abd Latif and his family as 22 squatter houses was razed at Kampung Wak Musa in Pekan Nenas here.
The 24-year-old, who works at the Tanjung Pelepas Port (PTP) in Gelang Patah was in the midst of cooking the instant noodle after returning home from work at around 9.30am.
