THE Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) swore in its first batch of nine councillors with only DAP and PAS represented.
MPS council president Mohd Azizi Mohd Zain said there were originally 18 names with six vacancies as of Feb 11, but he had received instruction from the state government to put the swearing-in of the PKR councillors on hold.
