KUCHING: As talk continues to heat up that it’s only a matter of days before Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud finally relinquishes his chief ministership and becomes the next Head of State (TYT), another rumour has cropped up suggesting that all these would not happen after all.
It is possible that Tun Muhammad Salahuddin Abang Barieng, who is supposed to retire as TYT by Feb 28, might have his term further extended by another three months or so.
