THE Penang Chamber of Commerce Youth Entrepreneur Section (PCCC Yes) made a difference in the lives of 200 poor families from all over Penang this Chinese New Year (CNY) when the members handed out care packages containing food items and CNY decorations.
Among the recipients was Lau Lai Ee, in her 60s, who said that this was the second year her family had received the package from PCCC Yes.
