Club organises special Chinese New Year goody bag giveway for the underprivileged

SINGLE mother Loke Chew Keen was all smiles when she received her goody bag consisting of daily necessities and Chinese New Year goodies from state executive councillor Datuk Mohamad Zahir Abdul Khalid.

The 42-year-old was among 25 needy families who attended a goody bag presentation ceremony, organised by the Lions Club of Ipoh Host at the Perak state secretariat building with Mohamad Zahir as the guest-of-honour on Thursday.
