RESIDENTS of Kampung Permatang Nibong learned how to sew plastic materials when they participated in a two-week workshop on creative recycling held at the Permatang Nibong Environmental Resource Centre in Permatang Pauh, Penang.

The event was jointly organised by the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) and SVAC ViroGreen Sdn Bhd.
