THE Malaysia Hindu Sangam Penang has distributed about 10,000 pamphlets on the dos and don’ts during the Thaipusam festival which starts on Thursday.
Chairman G. Shanmuganathan said the pamphlets were distributed to the public through temples and shops to raise awareness of the observations to be made during the festival in Penang.
