Working to fight dengue menace in Putrajaya


Staff members from various government agencies and residents of Putra Damai Apartments in Presint 11, Putrajaya came together for a gotong royong to clean and beautify the area recently.

THE local authorities are taking measures to reduce dengue cases in Putrajaya by 30% this year, said Putrajaya Corporation (PPj) city services department vice-president Datuk Abd Ghani Ahmad.

Speaking during a gotong-royong in Presint 11, Putrajaya, he said the relevant government agencies would conduct more programmes to fight the menace.
