JOHOR BARU: Four nursing graduates from Institut Sains dan Teknologi Darul Takzim (Instedt) plan to work at least three years in the country before going to Middle East.

The main attraction is high salary prompting many nurses especially from the Southeast Asian countries and Indian sub-continent to work in public and private hospitals there.
