KULAIJAYA: Some 4,000 units of Johor Affordable Homes (RMMJ) will be developed within the Kulaijaya district in the next five years to meet the demands of the locals here.
District officer Mohd Halim Hasbullah said locals could not afford to buy their own homes, as there had been a price hike in real estate sector.
